Coconutrug, a G.T.DESIGN exclusive trademark brand since 1989, is a collection of handmade rugs in top-quality coconut fiber with a distinctive tactile feel and an innovative functional approach, common traits of the brand’s rug designs.

Coconutrug is the first contemporary rug made in coconut fiber available in a selection of solid rich colors thanks to an innovative dyeing technique. It features the charming unevenness of hand-weaving combined with clever technical ‘tweaking’ for an exceptional texture.

A breakthrough in the industry, Coconutrug is exceptional when used on the floors of heavy pedestrian zones, homes with pets, or holiday accommodation, whether it is by the seaside or in the mountains.

Coconutrug is suitable for indoor spaces and covered outdoor areas.

Material: high quality coir fibre
Structure: hand woven on traditional looms
Thickness: 10mm/0.39in
Maintenance: Initially the carpet sheds excess fiber - vacuum on a low setting, on both sides of the rug.
Washing: professional cleaning recommended.
