Josh 2.0 - Sofa
Design: Edward van Vliet (2021)
Josh is designed with the intention to be lived and as a place where to spend the day. It is the main player in the living room where everything starts. It fits perfectly in a city loft as much as in summer houses thanks to its natural touch coming from the cotton enriched with a stitched pattern reminiscent of the traditional Japanese futon and the printed linen ikebana graphics. This seating system can be dressed up with different fabrics such as cotton, linen, and duvet. Exactly like the renowned mannequin in an haute couture atelier. The result is a beautiful match between rough natural fabric and the latest printing technology.
Structure is injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam and polyester fiberfill over internal steel and wood frame. Seat cushions are in goose down over polyurethane foam. Back, armrest, and optional cushions are goose down. Feet are in tubular steel with powder coat finish or in varnished ash. The Josh collection covers are removable.
